Welcome to DigiPlanet. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the digital products sold through it. By using DigiPlanet.site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Ownership and Operator

This website is owned and operated by me, Daniyal Khan, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. All content, products, and communications on DigiPlanet.site are managed solely by me.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

DigiPlanet offers digital products such as templates, icons, highlight covers, and other downloadable design assets. When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or commercial use, depending on the product’s description. You may not resell, share, or redistribute these files in any form.

3. Payments

All payments on DigiPlanet are processed securely through PayFast, a trusted third-party payment gateway. PayFast supports multiple payment options including JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPaisa, and others. When you place an order, you will be redirected to PayFast to complete your transaction using the method most convenient to you.

By completing a purchase, you agree to PayFast’s terms of service and privacy policy. DigiPlanet does not store or have access to your sensitive financial information. All payment data is handled exclusively by PayFast.

Prices for all products are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.

4. Delivery

After completing your payment, you will receive access to download the purchased files. If you experience any issues accessing your product, please contact me at digiplanet1782@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to assist you.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. However, if you encounter technical problems or receive a corrupted or incorrect file, I will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All products and content on DigiPlanet.site are my original creations and are protected by copyright. You may not claim any product or content as your own, or use it in a way that violates the licensing agreement. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

By using DigiPlanet, you agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the website, access it without authorization, or misuse the digital products. I reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

I make every effort to ensure the accuracy and functionality of all products, but I cannot guarantee they will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. DigiPlanet and its owner will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products or website.
